Job Description:

CSRA has an opportunity for a Facilities IT Administrator to support PM Mission Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD on Tactical Digital Media. This is a funded position.

Duties/Skills:

  • The Facilities IT Administrator installs, investigates and resolves routine and complex matters of significance with computer monitors, printers, VTC equipment, and manages the stock of toner.

  • Troubleshoots monitor/cable hardware failures on user systems and resolves hardware issues.

  • Regularly inspects and troubleshoots VTC and projector IT in conference rooms to ensure all components are functioning

  • Manages, maintains, and tracks the stock of toner for all printers within the organization

  • Orders toner to maintain adequate stock

  • Coordinates with the base supply to purchase and pickup supply orders for the organization.

  • Manages and updates seating charts in Microsoft Visio for all employees/divisions

  • Assists with office furniture and IT equipment moves for employees

  • Manages the organization cargo van mileage logs, fuel, and maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum SECRET clearance is required. Ability to keep a Secret clearance active.

  • MS or BS degree preferred

  • Three or more years of demonstrated experience -IT/Technical experience diagnosing and replacing monitors, keyboards, mice, network converter boxes, VTC eqp.

  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
