Engineering & Sciences
Serves as team lead and key technical resource across multiple technical disciplines including enterprise application development in Java or ColdFusion. Provides strategic consulting to internal or external clients. Builds and maintains relationships with client, customer staff, and technical teams. Analyzes client and customer business needs and provides guidance on industry trends and opportunities. Researches and proposes products, systems, and solutions as appropriate. Provides cost estimates and manages project budgets.
Leads diverse technology team and ensures alignment with client and stakeholder goals.
Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
Assists in resolving production support problems.
Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate.
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
Ability to advise and recommend innovative solutions with a focus on addressing customer business challenges
Quickly prioritize most important requirements and align the project team's delivery focus with customer's priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Significant experience with Agile development practices including Scrum and Kanban
Ability to work closely with client, stakeholders and technical teams to identify and communicate issues and resolutions.
Must be highly proficient in the Java programming language and Oracle enterprise technology stack
Familiarity with .NET, , SQL, SharePoint, TFS, Agile/SAFe, responsive design a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
