Job Description:

CSRA is bidding a program to support Department of State (DOS) Biometric Identification and Interoperability System (Digitus). The team provides subject matter experts in the areas of systems engineering, test and evaluation, cost estimating, logistics and sustainment, environmental engineering, real estate planning, and facilities planning and engineering. The team helps DoS and Government of Mexico (GOM) assesses the equipment and technology and improves interoperability and enhances biometrics and other innovations to keep the border safe and secure.

Currently, we are seeking an Testing Team Lead . The selected candidate must currently hold or be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance, per contract requirements.

So what is required of an Testing Team Lead(s) on a day to day basis? There are quite a myriad of tasks and responsibilities, such as:

Testing Team Lead(s)

·Must have Seven (7) years’ or more of experience leading a test team, test/QA planning and processes.

·Must have experience working with Agile Teams and Atlassian -JIRA tool.

·Must have experience creating and preparing a Test plan for the testing team.

·Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

·Must be familiar with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Winrunner, Loadrunner type of tools to help with automation of test scripts.

·Ensure that the test team is part of the Daily SCRUM as to report blockers and issues so that everything is transparent to the team and Management.

·Work closely with the development team and management to set expectations and continually provide feedback and reporting to improve the testing process.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

·Must have Seven (7) years’ or more of experience leading a test team, test/QA planning and processes.

·Must have experience working with Agile Teams and Atlassian -JIRA tool.

·Must have experience creating and preparing a Test plan for the testing team.

  • Good communication skills in reading and writing English.
