*You will sit for a TS/SCI Clearance. We are searching for 2018-2019 graduates, as this process can take up to 18 months. You may apply and obtain other internship positions while sitting for our clearance.
Qualifications for all positions:
· Currently working toward or completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or global equivalent)
· Degree program in computer science, management information systems, engineering sciences, IT/Business mix or related field preferred
· Experience working with relevant programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software preferred
· Must have Clear Background and US Citizenship to qualify for TS/SCI Clearance

· Enterprise Management and Integration
o Software integration with enterprise services and products
o Enterprise management of services and systems
o Tooling (alerting, reporting and management of) systems and services
o Custom development (UX/UI, dashboards, event response, management and automation)
· Network Operations
o Supporting device configurations on various network platforms (Routers & Switches; Brocade, Cisco, Juniper, other)
o Supporting NIPS, NIDS, Firewall and other network security device configurations
o Installation, maintenance and upgrades to IOS, firmware, hardware and interfaces for the aforementioned system types
o Security vulnerability and compliance management
· Server Services
o Supporting enterprise level services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange Email, DFS, File, Print, Web, etc)
o Supporting various virtualization and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, VMWare, Gluster, etc)
o Supporting hardware & firmware and all aspects of physical servers
o Security vulnerability and compliance management
· Client and Server Operating Systems
o OS Support to include; Linux, RHEL, CentOS, Unix, Windows Client (10, 7, etc), Windows server
· Storage platforms
o Supporting all aspects of various storage platforms (NAS, SAS, SAN, etc)
· Tiered Support
o Automation and self-help technologies
o Tier1-3 support to customer operations
o Metrics, trending and root cause analysis
o Knowledge management and continual service improvement
· Information Systems Security / Cyber Defense
o Vulnerability Management
o Auditing, Remediation, and Policy
o Use of assessment tools such as ACAS, NESSUS, SCAP, STIGs, etc
o Compliance Management
o System Security Plan (SSP) development and maintenance
o Follow Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Assurance (IA) and other models to manage security in the environment
· Workflow/Queue coordinator
o Description: this role would assist in following standard operating procedures (SOP) to direct customer requests to various technical teams.
o This position would work within a larger team to direct tickets within the system to various queues for support by virtually all service providers.
o Within CSRA managed groups, this role would also assign tickets to available technical staff based on priority, urgency and importance.
o Desired skills: Knowledge of Service Now or Remedy (or other ticket management systems) proficient in Microsoft applications, ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
· Supply Chain Management
o Description: this role would assist in following standard operating procedures (SOP) to support various depots, managing burn-rates for equipment and enabling SLA attainment by ensuring equipment, consumables, parts and other catalogue items are available to technical staff.
o This position would work within a larger team to manage equipment levels, ordering from vendors, tracking and managing inventory, transporting equipment and other logistic related activities.
o Desired skills: Knowledge of Service Now or Remedy (or other asset management systems) proficient in Microsoft applications, ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
· Technical Writer/Knowledge Manager
o Description: this role would assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP) and knowledge articles.
o This position would work within a larger team to engage service owners and subject matter experts (SME) to create, maintain and decommission knowledge articles and SOPs.
o Desired skills: Knowledge of Service Now or Remedy (or other knowledge management systems) proficient in Microsoft applications, strong written communication skills, ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
