CSRA is in providing Call Center Support for citizens impacted by Hurricane Harvey at our state-of-the-art facilities in Bossier City, Louisiana. Candidates hired for this role will be assisting those impacted by Hurricane Harvey by researching issues, exploring answers, and providing information and alternative solutions. If you enjoy helping others, you will find this role to be both challenging and rewarding.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
Fluency in Spanish and English
Must be a US Citizen
BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) CANDIDATES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
Call center experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
*Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance which includes a criminal background check and verification of US citizenship*
