  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with favorable Polygraph within the last 2 years

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)).

  • Previous experience with IT service transition of similar size, scope, and complexity

  • Proven communications skills

  • Demonstrated Program Management skills

  • Demonstrated experience or understanding of the existing processes and technologies

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)

CSRA is seeking a Transition Manager to manage and execute an Intel Agency IT User Facing Services. The Transition Manager is responsible for providing continuity of engineering activities during transition in a manner that minimizes impact to mission, requirements, operations and resources

Responsibilities:

  • Migrating the staffing, functions and processes from incumbent to new contract

  • Identifying and executing change management

  • Ensuring effectivities and efficiencies through the transition

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to effectively manage the transition concurrently with ongoing operations and missions

  • Extensive Stakeholder exchanges
