CSRA is currently hiring for a Senior Program Manager to support Intelligence programs at the Falls Church, Virginia corporate location, with expected travel to current program locations and new business opportunities across the country. Travel is primarily local travel in the DC metro area for the current portfolio but could potentially expand to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as the portfolio grows.

Job Summary:

The Sr Program Manager role is responsible for the performance of a relatively significant technical intelligence related program. Program represents the following core functional areas: data center support, database management, application/storage tools development. Includes the managing complex IT programs in an OCONUS environment.

The successful candidate will possess and be capable of demonstrating proven experience (with tangible outcomes and results), a can-do attitude, an ability to influence internal and external customers, and a leadership and communication style required to lead a diverse, dispersed, and growing business. The candidate will possess an established track record of creating, developing and maintaining customer relationships. Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Active TS/SCI with Favorable Polygraph

  • Demonstrated success in sustaining a virtualized environment supporting the GEOINT needs of Combatant Commands in an OCONUS location

  • Demonstrated performance in managing tasks and resources in a uncertain, dynamic and fluid operational environment

  • Bachelors' degree required and 10 yrs related experience OR Master's degree with at least 5 years leading a program of similar size and complexity
