CSRA has an opportunity for a Training Developer Logistician to support PM Mission Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position does have a travel requirement of up to 10%. As a Training Developer, you will assist PM Mission Command through the following activities: - Perform assessment of training requirements, identification and evaluation of training alternatives, formulation of training courses, and development of requisite training materials and documentation. - Interface with System/Software Engineers and technical experts to obtain and interpret specialized engineering documentation and descriptions to assess impacts to training and technical publication development for assigned systems. - Perform development and employment of a variety of training approaches including traditional instructor-led classroom training, embedded training, integrated training, self-paced training, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and interactive multimedia instruction in order to develop battle focused, task oriented, scenario driven Operator, System Administrator, and Field Maintenance Training Support Packages, Required Candidate Qualifications: • Minimum SECRET clearance is required. Ability to keep a Secret clearance active. • 9 years of experience as a Training Developer or BS + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experience • Have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills. • Must be capable of developing training using the TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC). • Experienced with Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P), and Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) systems.
