Job Description:

Join CSRA in developing and deploying integrated Mission Command and Situational Awareness capabilities to the Army and Joint Forces in support of PM Mission Command.

CSRA has an opportunity for a Training Developer Logistician to support PM Mission Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position does have a travel requirement of up to 10%.

As a Training Developer, you will assist PM Mission Command through the following activities:

  • Perform assessment of training requirements, identification and evaluation of training alternatives, formulation of training courses, and development of requisite training materials and documentation.

  • Interface with System/Software Engineers and technical experts to obtain and interpret specialized engineering documentation and descriptions to assess impacts to training and technical publication development for assigned systems.

  • Perform development and employment of a variety of training approaches including traditional instructor-led classroom training, embedded training, integrated training, self-paced training, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and interactive multimedia instruction in order to develop battle focused, task oriented, scenario driven Operator, System Administrator, and Field Maintenance Training Support Packages.

  • Setup/configure/operate Army Mission Command systems/software, to include Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), Data Dissemination Service (DDS), and Command and Control Infrastructure (C2I).

  • Perform senior operator and systems administrator duties and unit/field level maintenance functions on assigned information systems. Troubleshoots hardware/software systems to the degree required for isolation of malfunctions to specific hardware or software. Restore equipment to operation by replacement of line replaceable unit (LRU). Troubleshoot software using established debugging procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum SECRET clearance is required. Ability to keep a Secret clearance active.

• Have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.

• 10 years of experience as a Training Developer.

• Experienced with Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), Data Dissemination Service (DDS), and Command and Control Infrastructure (C2I)
