CSRA has an opportunity for an Earned Value Analyst, who will thrive in a cyber training academy setting. The successful candidate will be responsible the analysis and reporting of performance measurement baselines in an Earned Value Management Environment and support forecasting, proposals, and pricing efforts as required. This is a 6 to 12 month position contingent on funding duration and requires an individual who can acquire or already possesses a DoD Secret clearance at a minimum.

Essential Job Functions:

-Preparation and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline

-Preparation of the progress reporting and other cost and schedule metrics as requested by the client

-Implementation and documentation of baseline changes

-Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation and procedures

Standard Qualifications:

-BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience

-Possess understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version)

-Have experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE)

-Have experience using MS Excel and MS Project

-AACEI Earned Value Professional (EVP)

Other Qualifications:

-Demonstrated experience of 5 years of EVM analysis and demonstrated knowledge of DOD policies and procedures related to EVM.
