Job Description:

CSRA is seeking Network Support/Site Operations staff throughout Europe and Asia. The CSRA team will be responsible for enhancement and sustainment support of Military Health Systems

RESPONSIBILITES :Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.

-Monitor overall system performance

-Oversee daily operations of system at the customer site to ensure system availability

-Log trouble calls with the Support Center with required follow-up until problem resolution

-Interface with customer and is responsible for technical communication with management/other sites

-Work on assignments that are complex in nature

-Interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers; interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information

-Work independently in providing second level advanced support to computer users with questions regarding computer use, applications software, data file access, data communications, and other technical problems

-Comply with 8570.1 and 8570.01.M as required by specific responsibilities

-May provide work direction and guidance to nonexempt staff.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : BS or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience, or MS + 0 yrs experience

-Proficiency with PC Hardware/Software to include deployment

-Proficiency troubleshooting PC Hardware and loading Software

-Knowledge of MHS AHLTA server computing environment where the application allows an end-user to access clinical and encounter information on a central database server

-Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL)
