Responsible for leading and supporting all user services teams such as training, coaching, outreach and helpdesk in meeting established program goals and objectives
Manage all technical, personnel, expenditures and process improvement aspects for identifying and implementing Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) data, tool and analytic synergies within the Medicare program that focus on cost savings and workflow efficiencies
Liaison with program contractors, partners and stakeholders to ensure successful communication and collaboration
Establish strategic relationships with key partners to influence performance efficiency and effectiveness
Champion the needs of the users and provide recommendations for improving the system capabilities and performance to enhance the value for end users
Managing, mentor and provide technical direction for teams of virtual and on-site employees
Develop, document and monitor the processes, procedures, policies, key performance indicators (KPI) and best practices for all business operations activities
Ensure effective communications and interaction with key client stakeholders involved in utilizing the data analytics system
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in managing complex systems and workflows.
Experience managing projects with tight deadlines
Knowledge of how to fight fraud, waste and abuse in Medicare and/or Medicaid is required.
Breadth of expertise to include BusinessObjects, SAS, and STARS systems
Experience with ETL and data analytics techniques with big data repositories
Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement principles as they apply to Medicare Part A, B, D, and Medicare Advantage is preferred.
Experience performing analytics related to identifying fraud, waste and abuse for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS)
