CSRA is seeking a Program Manager for Data Network Solution Implementation to support the PEO EIS contract. The position will be located in Honolulu, Hawaii with alternate locations in Korea or Japan; will also consider applicants on US West Coast. Join us and watch your career take flight This program will Engineer, Furnish, Install, Secure and Test modernizations to existing DoD Data Networks in a single theater of operations. As the winning contractor, CSRA will provide all required program management support including configuration management, cyber security and logistics support and will conduct NET for all equipment we install. Essential Job Functions - Directs all phases of implementation (EFIST&T) required to modernize a DoD customer's data network system for a single theater of operations. - Responsible for all aspects of the program from inception through completion. - Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance. - Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. - Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. - Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. - Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. - Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. - Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. - Identifies program problems and obtains solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. - Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas. - Must have an Active Secret Clearance - Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications or related field - Previous experience as a Program Manager on DoD Telecommunications implementation projects - Project Management - Infrastructure Networks experience - PMI Portfolio Management Professional PMP Other Qualifications - Project Management - Firm Fixed Price Projects - Ability to Travel
