CSRA is excited to support the SEC in as it seeks to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation.

The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC’s IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently, we are seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager in Washington, DC. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.


  • As the problem management process owner, define, recommend and implement problem management process enhancements

  • Collaborate with and provide requirements for the IT Service Management tool to the third party vendor maintaining the tool including categorizations, workflows and reporting

  • Migrate current root cause analysis solution from SharePoint to ServiceNow

  • Develop, implement and maintain known error database structure, processes, workflows and reports

  • Facilitate problem management meetings

  • Responsible for Ownership and Coordination of actions of those problems

  • Analyze root cause, identify Known Error and coordinate actions to fix the error.

  • Review the problem trends and planning and drive improvement plans

  • Proactively identify problems, analyze and recommend Service Improvement plans with the possible solutions obtained from technical teams for department or business unit

  • Analyze and organize operational data coming from different element managers such as Netapp, EMC, VMWare, and AWS consoles and integrating it into a single view using business intelligence resources

  • Provide regular management reports, which include current usage of resources, trends and forecasts

  • Contribute to reports on performance against targets contained in Service Level Agreements (SLA)


  • 6 years demonstrated experience designing, implementing and maintaining ITIL Problem Management processes

  • 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure system administration in one or more of the following technologies:< >Windows Server 2008 or 2012RedHat 6 or 7VMWareCisco routers and switchesEMC Isilon NetApp

  • ITIL Foundation Certification


  • ITIL Service Operations Intermediate Certification

  • Experience with ServiceNow
