Job Description:

CSRA seeks a Program Analyst to join a high performing program management team on one of CSRA’s premier Agile contracts. This candidate will be a key member of the program management team and support complex program operations for a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) servicing more than 7,000 users.

The candidate will provide program management execution support for a large software development and systems integration contract. The Program Analyst will track deliverable status and report program performance to senior staff and clients. The Program Analyst will support staffing, pricing, contracts, and subcontracts to support all aspects of complex program operations, respond to Task Order RFPs, and develop proposals. The Program Analyst will have an analytical mindset and perform financial and program analyses to support data-driven decision making. The candidate will build, develop, and manage trusting relationships with the client, corporate stakeholders, team members, and end users.

Daily Responsibilities

Candidate will serve as Program Analyst, supporting the program management team in all aspects of program execution, with responsibilities that include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of program staffing

  • Track deliverable status and report program performance to project senior staff and client

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program/project scope, cost, schedule, and risks and perform professional work related to program management

  • Track, analyze, and report FFP and T&M task order financials

  • Lead administrative operations supporting staffing, pricing, contracts, subcontracts, and onboarding

  • Respond to task order RFPs and RFIs, developing technical and pricing responses

  • Build, develop, and manage trusting relationships with clients, corporate stakeholders, team members, end users, and others affected by program and projects

  • Adapt quickly to change and help lead others through process changes

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering or Social Science. (Required)

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with:

  • Experience tracking and reporting for programs or projects in a high security environment

  • Ability to distill complex concepts and problems into simple visual depictions

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of interacting with multidisciplinary stakeholders

  • Proposal and/or business development experience

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, Agile and PMI certifications preferred

  • Experience supporting projects in a restricted environment and the ability to work through roadblocks

  • Experience with conflict resolution and working with ambiguity
