Job Description:

Eagle Alliance is looking for a Systems Administrator (Skype for Business) that holds an IAT II Cert and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance for a position located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

The Skype for Business Systems Administrator will support and maintain the Skype for Business Systems, Microsoft Windows Server and other applications by providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management and resolution of software and hardware issues as well as develop new system designs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and administer Skype for Business servers

  • Day to day administration of Skype services

  • Compose detailed technical documentation including configuration guides and product knowledge articles

  • Support ongoing activities for Day to Day Operations, along with performing as a project resource to build out new infrastructure.

  • Microsoft Lync, 2013 and Skype for Business 2015 experience & knowledge with voice, video and chat

  • Global unified communications architecture & design

  • Enterprise voice deployment expertise to include integration with call manager infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange

  • Possess 8570 IAT II certification or obtains one within 90 days

  • TS/SCI with Poly clearance

Desired qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Voice, Polycom IP Phones, VOIP, SIP, Gateways, Unified Messaging, and MindLink.
