For the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM, formerly US-VISIT), CSRA performs operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Automated Biometric Identification System’s (IDENT) production and non-production environments and associated business systems. In support of this effort, CSRA provides Task Order Management, Datacenter Operations, Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations, System Management and Monitoring, Service Request Management, Technology Analysis, and Non-production Support (to include Program Support Systems and Transition).

CSRA is excited to offer you a unique opportunity to join a best performing O&M team supporting one our nation’s most critical homeland missions – the storage and processing of biometric and associated biographic information for national security, law enforcement, immigration and border management, intelligence, background investigations, and associated testing, training, management reporting, planning and analysis.

CSRA is looking for an Operations Architecture Tools Systems Administrator to provide administration and configuration support for a wide range of tools.

The ideal candidate will support IT management, deployment automation, requirements management, request management, demand management, and test management technologies.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, configuring, securing, deploying, administering, maintaining, patching, tuning, and upgrading tools including Microsoft Project Server, Microfocus Serena, MicroSoft SharePoint, Microfocus HPQC and UFT systems residing on Linux and Windows server operating systems. Leverage DevOps practices to develop innovative automation solutions for manual operational processes utilizing Ansible Automation.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS FInal Suitability

  • Associates and Five (5) years of relevant experience

  • Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint knowledge

  • Microfocus (HP) Quality Center (QC) and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) knowledge

  • Windows Server knowledge

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, ability to work in a team environment, adaptability to changing priorities, and willingness \ initiative to learn

  • Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus nine (9) years related experience, or Master's degree plus seven (7) years related experience

  • Five (5) years of experience in a application administration role
