Responsible for assisting with internal run & maintain support as well as assisting in the planning/design of future functionality in response to enhancement requests for our solutions developed on the Salesforce.com platform. This role will be also be responsible for troubleshooting support cases, resolving issues reported by the customer and answering any functionality questions as needed.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assisting in creating documentation related to the current design of the Salesforce system
Gather requirements for enhancements to existing functionality.
Assisting in testing new enhancements and functionality including writing test scripts and performing tests.
Providing status updates on major support issues and run & maintain activities to business stakeholders and leadership.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience, or MS + 0 yrs experience
At least two years’ experience with working with and supporting CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce knowledge required
Experience with user provisioning, security, setup or configuration of business applications, experience with Salesforce is required
Must be Salesforce Admin Certified
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of users in an organization
Ability to quickly analyze a situation and troubleshoot effectively to resolve complex issues
Applicant should have experience working independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
