The positions offered herein are contingent upon contract award, but CSRA is actively seeking qualified candidates, in order to be prepared to immediately fill these positions .

Background:

The Department of the Navy (DON) operates one of the largest combined networks in the world, comprised of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net), the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) and other legacy networks. The Service Management, Integration and Transport (SMIT) program will facilitate an enterprise-wide capability for effective and integrated operations, oversight, responsibility, and accountability for the NMCI and the MCEN, as well as incorporate the ONE-Net into a consolidated enterprise IT services business model. CSRA is currently looking for an industrial and physical security manager in support of the Navy Enterprise Information Technology customer on this program.

Scope:

  • Serves as GDIT’s Enterprise Customer Advocate for the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Program.

  • Provides consultative guidance to the Navy and Marine Corps on Enterprise optimization to help achieve organizational and functional goals.

  • Manages and oversees Echelon II command customer advocate coordination with PM and staff.

  • Problem solves issues reported by the customer promptly to provide high-quality, high-touch customer experience.

  • Collects and analyzes Enterprise activity data and initiates, develops and recommends improvements to systems, processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Bachelor's degree, from an accredited college or university, in business, information systems, information technology, engineering, or a related field or 5 years additional general experience

  • Meet all qualifications for a DoD SECRET Clearance

  • 10 years of related network CRM experience.

  • Familiarity with state of the art CRM tools.

  • ITIL v3 certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification from the Program Management Institute is preferred
