If so, this Talent Acquisition Events Lead position may be a great opportunity for you! As a Talent Acquisition Events Lead, you must think strategically to develop and execute our events services with a key enterprise focus on attention to detail, collaboration, creativity and customer service.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Building and leading our day to day internal and external events function and team to ensure flawless and consistent execution of events.
Serves as a source of expertise in event strategy, advising the events planning team and organization on best ways to accomplish event objectives.
Providing leadership across the organization to ensure a strategic and organized approach is taken for all events.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to include Recruiters, Strategic Sourcers, Internal Mobility, University Relations, Program/ Hiring Managers, Corporate Communications, Executives and others within the organization.
Acting as a strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition team by recommending improvements to previously executed events.
Proactively communicates enterprise events calendar and gains alignment across Talent Acquisition team.
Implementing industry best practices, competitive analysis, innovative ideas, and solutions.
Developing and maintaining our events toolkit, materials, and collateral.
Ability to Manage and support onsite events as needed.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Events Management experience supporting a large corporate environment
Experience measuring performance and ROI on events and marketing campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point
Advanced Social Media knowledge with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
Familiarity with Google analytics is preferred
Previous experience managing a small team is preferred.
