Are you passionate about driving operational excellence across the organization? The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a critical component of building a highly optimized TA function focused on ensuring that we have the process and systems in place to ensure that we can consistently attract the best talent for our company.
In this role you will be responsible for leading our Talent Operations team. Responsibilities include the ability to:
Design and implement scalable processes to design best in class hiring experience for candidates, employees, and hiring stakeholders
Support Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization and training; maintaining high data integrity and attention to detail
Oversee our Talent Acquisition Events Planning team that provides one-stop-shop services for planning and coordination of Talent Acquisition events
Responsible for driving our employee referral program to be one of our strongest hiring sources to include policy and process development, cultivating creative specialty campaigns, and managing branding initiatives.
Identify process improvements & strategies that can significantly enhance candidate and employee experience
Ability to interpret and analyze Talent Acquisition reporting to provide insights that will influence hiring strategies to drive actionable results and optimization
Lead enterprise media buys to include reviewing and assessing new and emerging recruitment technology for our team
Ensure hiring needs are highlighted & promoted through innovative recruitment marketing
Manage vendor relationship & performance to ensure optimal ROI
Accountable for serving as the primary project manager for various Talent Acquisition programs ensuring successful implementation & adoption

Bachelor's Degree with 6-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on talent acquisition programs
A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment is required
Hands on Applicant Tracking Systems experience; Workday and iCIMS ATS experience is preferred
Advanced MS Excel & Power Point skills
