Job Description:

CSRA is looking for an Information Assurance Specialist to support of IA functions for IL5/6 PA and ATO packages.

CSRA has deployed its own on premise Cloud solution into the DoD data centers. CSRA is operating this Cloud to support DoD Mission Partners meet their Cloud requirements. This approach ensures that (1) DoD Mission Partners can easily directly migrate or support migration efforts for the broad array of complex military applications that would benefit from our Cloud offerings and (2) can evolve with the pace of technology and is not locked into a specific OEM provider.

Position Description:

  • Responsible to support the IA functions of the On-premise Cloud infrastructure and services

  • Participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development to include security control design and security package development/documentation

  • Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions.

  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Accrediting DOD SECRET Level applications

  • Experience with DOD RMF, DISA Cloud Computing SRG v1.3, and the FedRAMP security authorization process

  • Experience with NIST 800-53, the FedRAMP Moderate and High Baselines, DoD IL5/Il6 Baselines

  • Previous ISSO experience required

  • Candidate has a deep understanding of DoD business transformation and processes, DoD organizational structure, and experience in developing briefings and responses to GAO, OMB, and executives within the department.

  • 8+ years of DOD IA experience with direct experience with accrediting classified systems for operations.

  • 8+ years of the system administration, engineering, security architecture, and/or related technology experience.

Required Certifications:


  • CISSP preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with coordinating and completing 3PAO assessments
