CSRA is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst in Frederick, MD to join our team. In this role you will be a key contributor to large, dynamic and highly visible programs that primarily support medical research.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, At Risk coordination, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review and cash flow management, proposal pricing

  • Support multiple complex contracts, program managers and contract types

  • Communicate with all levels of management

  • Review and understand contract terms, and contribute effectively to the job setup and closeout processes

  • Provide data and financial analysis in support of external customer requirements, Group/Corporate data calls and audit requests

  • Act proactively and show initiative with regard to risk assessment, escalation and mitigation

  • Work with Program Managers to optimize profitability and Operating Income (OI) dollar volume on all projects.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and 3+ years finance experience or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree

  • Experience working with Deltek Costpoint Accounting software

  • Experience working with Cognos a plus

  • Experience working with Government Contracts and Customer invoicing.

  • Experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its requirements

  • Significant experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for detailed financial analysis

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Powerpoint and Word

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with business solution software.

  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Proven planning and organizational skills.
