The Peer Review and Science Management (PRSM) group provides peer review services for the evaluation of scientific applications submitted to federal and state grant funding agencies. The Patient Advocate Associate ( also known as Consumer Reviewer Associate), supports the Consumer Reviewer team and reports to the Consumer Reviewer Manager. This position will assist in the recruitment and management of consumer reviewers and outreach to advocacy organizations. Documented experience supporting internal team(s). Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, One-Note) and Adobe Professional proficiency required. Ability to utilize various databases as assigned. Strong interpersonal skills required. Willingness to learn new skills relating to consumer reviewer engagement.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can support a professional team of six. This position will draft and edit documents/graphics which will require Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro proficiency holding 3+ years of experience. Ability to conduct prospecting calls/outreach to advocacy organizations. Ability to compile data, reports as needed. Work products are relied upon for decision making. Strong writing/editing skills preferred. Bachelor degree required. Minimum of 1 year of professional office setting experience.
