We are seeking a CBRN Medical Countermeasures (MC) analyst!
Essential Job Functions:
Serves as subject matter expert on the Medical Countermeasures Technical Working Group
Provide MC technical advice and technical support to Partner Nations to develop a response strategies
Support program development activities
Identify measurable objectives and milestones and develop functional area action plan and individual work plans annually
Access and update the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the effort
A Bachelor’s degree and nine years’ experience may be substituted for a Masters’
A minimum of 3 years of experience with operations in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility
Expertise in CBRN Medical Countermeasures
Experience in planning the sequence of key events and milestones for bilateral and multilateral exercises
Experience in developing measures of effectiveness for Partner Nation Capacity building
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing staff and ability to lead high-energy creative teams.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work.
Leadership skills to provide work guidance to less experienced personnel on projects.
Ability to work in a team environment.
