Job Description:

Position includes advising SSC-LANT/PMW-130 on C&A/Cyber Security matters and maintaining the system Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Validator activities for several Information Assurance (IA) systems and fielding procedures for the legacy Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) systems. Duties included the implementation, transition, and compliance with the new Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, test plans, coordination of C&A and RMF packages including coordination with other DoD Government agencies, and other Services to include (Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard). Candidate should possess strong problem resolution skills and experience providing oversight of C&A requirements, software verification testing, and the assessment/reviews of IA policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include annual compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) requirements, and maintaining Department of Navy (DoN) Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR-DoN), and DoN Application and Database Management (/DADMS) records.

Minimum Qualification:

10 Prior Navy C4IT Experience

Top Secret Security Clearance

Navy Level 1 RMF Certified

FISMA Compliance Experience

DITPR-DoN and DADMS Experience

COMPTIA Security + CE certification (CISSP preferred)
