Join the GDIT Earned Value Management Team in Orlando FL.

We are searching for an Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst with Deltek Cobra experience.


The ideal candidate for this position will possess expertise in Earned Value Management and maintain accountability for the following:

  • Work is being performed in accordance with the SOW

  • The EVM System Description Document is being followed, thus ensuring compliance with the current EIA 748 standard

  • Development and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline

  • Produce monthly Contract Performance Reports (CPR) Formats 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

  • Assist the team with monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates

  • Implement and document monthly Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)

  • Perform monthly Cost and Schedule integration checks

  • Create and maintain internal process documentation and procedures


The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version)

  • Have experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Basis of Estimate (BOE), Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), Work Authorization Document (WAD), Control Account Plans (CAP)

  • Experience in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)

  • Have experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and Deltek Cobra


3 years to 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Earned Value Management related experience
