Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues. Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experience

Supply Support lead for FMS case within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.

Expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) including financial, inventory, contract/subcontract management, procurement, training, vendor/supplier management both and domestic and international Responsibilities include Material Acquisitions, Return of Repairables (RoR), Contract Property Administrator (CPA) for Government Furnished Property (GFP), and Inventory Management.

Development of various vehicles for requesting work and services from suppliers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and repair contractors for sub-contracts department. Establish process for handling and shipment of repairables to include each step in the process

– Coordinate efforts of the Help Desk in the identification and location of repairable in need of replacement

– Maintain records of each shipment to include the recording of each step in the process

– Complete preparation of documents and equipment and shipment tracking.

– Support and coordinate with USG on the management of acquiring ILS related new material.

Provisioning/Inventory Management

– Perform and provide technical assistance to USG in ensuring that MND is ordering the appropriate parts/materials to support sparing and maintenance activities

– Assist in maintaining the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP)

– Perform and support the inventory manager in Taiwan with applications for hardware and software configuration items including spare and repair parts

– Assist USG in establishing and maintaining Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) data and reporting as necessary
