Job Description:

CSRA is seeking a Business Portal Product Manager to support the milCloud® 2.0 program.

CSRA has deployed its own on premise Cloud solution into the DoD data centers. CSRA is operating this Cloud to support DoD Mission Partners meet their Cloud requirements. This approach ensures that (1) DoD Mission Partners can easily directly migrate or support migration efforts for the broad array of complex military applications that would benefit from our Cloud offerings and (2) can evolve with the pace of technology and is not locked into a specific OEM provider.

The Business Portal team owns the experience of the Mission Partner from the moment they decide to engage with our platform right through the full lifecycle of self-service provisioning management. The Product Manager role will be responsible for defining and guiding the evolution of the portal technologies that underpin the delivery of robust, scalable and highly usable cloud services. They will have a direct impact on their customers by driving changes to a wide variety of services that make it easy and efficient for them to browse for products, estimate costs, and submit budget and security approval requests, as well as manage billing and spend.

The ideal candidate has thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift quickly. Candidates must be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence.

Position Description:

  • Define website strategy for the Milcloud 2.0 Business Portal, working closely with program owners to drive presentation of messaging, programs, and content in the MilCloud 2.0 Business Portal

  • Deliver an intuitive and frictionless site-visit experience based on customer behavior and interests

  • Drive innovation and experimentation, continuously fine-tuning the site using analytics and A/B testing

  • Make updates as needed to incorporate the launch of new features, products, programs, and other marketing efforts

  • Develop a strategy for the improvement of back office systems integration, data exchange, and analytics packages to improve customer experience.

  • Report weekly on our website performance and status to goal

Required Qualifications:

  • A strong track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services

  • Understand how to design scalable software

  • Be conversant with internet technologies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical partners

  • An entrepreneurial spirit

  • ServiceNow Experience

  • Experience running a Development Team

  • Agile Framework background

  • Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • 5+ years of experience, product manager or engineering manager role overseeing technology implementations involving software development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python, Bootstrap, HTML5

  • Ecommerce experience

  • Mobile website development

  • Mobile app development

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

  • Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units including at the executive level

  • Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

  • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion

  • Curiosity to dig several layers deep into technical solutions with an eye toward continuous improvement

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation

  • Strong understanding of the cloud services industry and related web-based technologies
