Currently, we are seeking a Lead Mechanic in Washington, DC . The selected candidate must be able to obtain government security clearance, per contract requirements (Clearance Level: TS/SCI ).

So what is required of a Lead Mechanic on a day to day basis?

  • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems; Including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning etc;

  • Execute repairs to warranty and manufacturer specs;

  • Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment;

  • Perform quality vehicle inspections prior to and after operations.

  • Act as the primary trainer for the Military counterparts and develop curriculum to support ASE certifications.


  • Must possess or be able to possess a TS-SCI Yankee White

  • ASE Certified required, Master ASE Certified preferred (Senior Automotive Technician)

  • ASE Certified preferred (Automotive Technician)

  • 10 Years’ Ford or GM experience (Senior Automotive Technician)

  • 2-5 years’ experience (Automotive Technician)
