CSRA is seeking a Mid-Level Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to provide business analysis support in Washington, DC to the Littoral Combat Ship Program Office.
Mid-Level Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst will:
Utilize wInsight, Excel, and additional software tools to develop and maintain a central location and compile, sort, validate, analyze and disseminate earned value data.
Assist in EVM schedule analysis utilizing scheduling software on a monthly basis.
Analyze all provided CPRs to understand and validate program performance and compliance.
Supply tailored EVM reports to the Program Manager.
Analyze contractor EAC data and develop independent EACs for comparative analysis.
Prepare program performance (cost and schedule) trend charts and analysis.
Provide insight into areas of program performance that require management attention.
Attend EVM support meetings as required.
Maintain relationships with the required constituents (contractors, SUPSHIP, DCMA, etc.) to ensure full team cooperation in understanding the EVM roles, responsibilities, and analysis.
Secret Level Clearance, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Willingness to travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point.
Provides financial analysis support to the business, including but not limited to cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, At Risk coordination, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review and cash flow management. Interfaces with project managers and business leaders.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : BA or equivalent + 6 yrs related experience, or MA + 4 yrs related experience
