Job Description:

CSRA is seeking a Program Management Analyst to join a high performing program management team on one of the firm's premier Agile contracts. This candidate will be a key member of the program management team and support complex program operations for a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) servicing more than 7,000 users. The candidate will be part of the CSRA team responsible for supporting the client application portfolio of 40+ systems, leveraging next generation IT solutions. The candidate will help mature the client into an exemplary Agile organization amidst a high-paced, high-demand environment by supporting program management and operations and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

The candidate will provide program management execution support for a large software development and systems integration contract. The Program Management Analyst will track deliverable status and report program performance to senior staff and client. The candidate will support staffing, pricing, contracts, and subcontracts to support all aspects of complex program operations, respond to Task Order RFPs, and develop proposals. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and perform financial and program analyses to support data-driven decision making; as well as the ability to build, develop, and manage trusting relationships with the client, corporate stakeholders, team members, and end users.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience with:

  • Experience tracking and reporting for programs or projects

  • Solid written and oral communication skills with an ability to interact with multidisciplinary project team members and Government personnel

  • Proposal and/or business development experience

  • Knowledge of project management concepts

  • Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders and the ability to work through roadblocks

  • Experience with conflict resolution and working with ambiguity

Required Technologies:

  • Experienced user in Microsoft SharePoint

  • Experienced user in Microsoft Excel to include creation of line charts and data analysis

  • Experienced user in Microsoft PowerPoint with a focus on charts and tables

As the Program Management Analyst, you will support the program management team in all aspects of program execution with responsibilities that include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of program staffing to include creating requisitions, scheduling interviews with internal recruiters and staffing agencies, organizing appropriate program team members to perform interviews, setting up security interviews, scheduling badge appointments, and tracking requisition and clearance statuses

  • Lead administrative operations supporting staffing, pricing, contracts, subcontracts, and onboarding

  • Adapt quickly to change and help lead others through process changes

  • Track deliverable status and report program performance to project senior staff and client

  • Prepare compelling visual artifacts to show trends in project performance, illuminate meaningful metrics, decompose complex technical problems into simple images, and/or explain difficult concepts

  • Perform financial analysis to support data-driven decision making

  • Track, analyze, and report FFP and T&M task order financials

  • Maintain relationships with senior clients to strategically position the program for success

  • Build, develop, and manage trusted relationships with clients, corporate stakeholders, team members, end users, and others affected by program and projects

  • Identify and manage risks as related to program and projects and communicate them clearly and tactfully to program management and affected parties
